Dr. Qiu graduated from Fudan University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (2009–2013) and a Ph.D. in Computer Applications Technology (2013–2019), specializing in routing algorithm design. In 2019, he joined Intel's Asia-Pacific R&D division as a Software Engineer and became a member of the Network Edge team, focusing on optimizing data center network performance and building efficient network frameworks. He has published over ten research papers in prominent academic journals and international conferences, covering topics such as computer communication, algorithms, AI-based traffic analysis, and routing algorithm design in his Ph.D. research. His work has been cited over a hundred times and is widely referenced in well-known journals like IEEE JSAC and at major conferences such as IEEE INFOCOM. He has collaborated with internationally renowned scholars and participated in several research projects and patent applications. He serves as a technical reviewer for several IEEE/ACM journals and international conferences and was a member of the IEEE NoF Technical Program Committee in 2023. He holds multiple patents related to character-based matching encoding and decoding technologies, AI-based malicious traffic detection using flexible deterministic finite automaton (DFA) tokenizers, and techniques for handling large-scale multi-text matching algorithms.
