At 10:00 am on March 26, 2024, Fudan University Intelligent Network and Computing Research Center is honored to invite Dr. Chen Chunzhang, a researcher of Pengcheng Laboratory, adjunct Professor of Zhejiang University, and adjunct professor of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, to give a lecture to teachers and students of Fudan University, Jiangwan Campus, Cross-Building 2, presided over by Professor Gao Yue of Intelligent Network and Computing Center.



With the title of System Verification and Testing of high-speed interface IP in Silicon Optical Interconnection, Dr. Chen talked about the verification platform method and testing technology based on FPGA, and how high-speed interface IP plays a key role in various applications such as high performance computing, network communication and data center.




After the lecture, the teachers and students discussed with Dr. Chen, actively asked questions, and said that they benefited a lot, and had new understandings and insights on related research. The lecture was successfully concluded. Thank you Dr. Chen for your wonderful sharing.



Introduction:

Dr. Chen Chunzhang is currently a researcher at Pengcheng Laboratory, engaged in high-speed interface IP technology and system application research, including EDA methods, and adjunct professor at the University of Science and Zhejiang University School of Micro and Nano-Electronics. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China, then worked at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and then received his master's and Doctor's degrees in physics in the UK. He has worked for Cadence in the United States headquarters and China for 16 years, as technical director, engineer director, senior manager, EDA lecturer and other positions. Engaged in the integrated circuit industry for nearly 30 years, edited and translated one technical monograph; He served as the deputy secretary general of the editorial board of Integrated Circuit Industry Encyclopedia (edited by Wang Yangyuan, 2018) and one of the chief editors of the English version of the book (released in November 2023). Prior to that, he worked at Brookhaven National Laboratory, UCSF, and Columbia University for 8 years.
