On November 28th, Fudan University's Space Internet Research Institute invited Professor Zhou Fuhui, a renowned expert in the field of electromagnetic space machine learning and a recipient of the National Outstanding Young Scientist Award (国家优青), to give an academic lecture titled Cognitive Decision-making Theory and Methods for Electromagnetic Spectrum Resources.
Professor Zhou Fuhui is an authoritative scholar in the field of electromagnetic space machine learning. He has been engaged in theoretical and methodological research in this field for many years and has achieved numerous significant results.
In his presentation, Professor Zhou provided a detailed explanation of the critical role of electromagnetic spectrum resources. He introduced how machine learning technologies can be leveraged to achieve intelligent cognition and efficient decision-making of spectrum resources. He emphasized that spectrum resources, as a national strategic asset, are increasingly crucial in both modern communication and military domains. However, existing machine learning methods are often focused on static spectrum environments and ideal conditions, making it difficult to handle the complexities of electromagnetic spectrum spaces.
To address this issue, Professor Zhou proposed a novel data and knowledge dual-driven machine learning paradigm and shared the practical achievements of this theory in real-world applications.
After the lecture, Professor Zhou engaged in an interactive session with the faculty and students, answering their questions on electromagnetic space machine learning and sharing his research experiences. The attendees expressed that the lecture not only helped them better understand the theoretical methods of electromagnetic spectrum resource cognition and decision-making but also provided new insights for their future research.
The lecture offered the institute's faculty and students an opportunity to connect with cutting-edge academic developments in the field, promoting academic exchange and collaboration. The institute will continue to focus on frontier research in the related fields, advancing technological innovation and application.
