Recently, Professor Yue Gao from the School of Computer Science at Fudan University received official notification from the IEEE Board of Directors and the IEEE Fellow Committee, announcing his successful election as an IEEE Fellow in recognition of his contributions to sparse signal processing and intelligent antennas in cognitive radio and network. Congratulations on this achievement!

IEEE Fellow is the highest grade of membership bestowed by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), also known as a Fellow. It is the highest honor awarded by IEEE and is limited to around 300 members annually, selected from senior or life members, constituting no more than 0.1% of the total IEEE membership. Due to the limited number of individuals elected as IEEE Fellows each year, those chosen are typically distinguished scientists who have made significant contributions in the fields of science and engineering.
